Community Social 2026

Our 5th Annual Community Social was a success. We had around 250 guests, and 4 bands play live music! We also had over 20 artists/makers and non profits table throughout the park! Free tamales were given out and we also celebrated our 10th year anniversary with some carrot cake!

2026 5k/10k Race!

Our 6th annual 5k/10k race is currently accepting registrations! Sign up now for the lowest registration fees. Run/walk 5k by traversing through all 4 parks: Kilmer, Sigel, Macombs Dam, and Foster. Or you can run 10k and do the course twice!

Free yoga class!

Classes resume May 16th 9AM and the first class of the season will take place a Joyce Kilmer Park. After that date, all classes will take place at Franz Sigel Park every Saturday at 9AM!

Yoga in the park FREE

1st Sundays at FSP

Join local community members at Franz Sigel park for a clean-up on the 1st Sunday of the month. We'll provide all the tools and supplies. Clean-up starts at 10AM and lasts for a couple of hours. Come and stay for as little or as long as you wish.

Friends of Four Parks Alliance was formed in May 2016 by a group of community minded residents with a goal of enhancing the quality of the parks in our neighborhood -Joyce Kilmer, Franz Sigel, Macombs Dam and Foster parks.
